My goal is to help people feel both nurtured and empowered. I Facilitate and teach at the Duke Pink Ribbon Yoga Retreat (.org) for women breast cancer survivors. I live in Cary, NC. and teach at Hound Ears, Boone NC. in the summer. I am available to substitute. I am the author of Creating Positive Affirmations, Living an Intentional Life, available on all book sites.
