As a lover of movement and creativity I have spent much of my life exploring bodywork disciplines, travelling and practicing yoga.

I discovered yoga whilst training as a dancer + it soon became an integral part of my life.

In 1995 I qualified as a Iyengar yoga teacher and since then I have continued to study different forms of yoga with many great teachers from many diverse backgrounds including Geeta Iyengar and Sri K. Pattahbi Jois, as well as being self taught and working with more unconventional teachers such as Gill Clarke and Paddy McGrath.

I now teach full time in London and abroad… my classes are a soulful and deep dynamic, slow flow form of yoga focusing on cultivating awareness of breath, flow of movement breath and healthy alignment to balance and open the body.

I am on the faculty of Triyoga’s teacher training programme and am
a published author of yoga books as well as being a contributing writer:

Yoga, Simple Steps – A Practical Guide to Yoga Postures – Abbeydale Press

Astanga Yoga, a In-depth Guide to the Primary Series – Anness Books
