Teaching Yoga is my passion.
I teach according to the principles of Hatha Yoga and I incorporate Patanjali's 'Eight Limbs' into my lessons. I'm a patient teacher and I think it's important to incorporate correct alignment and breathing techniques for optimum results.
I hold a variety of Yoga classes for differing capabilities.
I also hold a Restorative class for people who have had surgery; have chronic conditions or are suffering from stress. When I see an improvement in their mental and physical health in a relatively short space of time, it is so rewarding and it always reminds me of the wonders of YOGA.
