Here are a few things that I feel yoga has brought to my life:
- a strong, healthy body which I really like because aches, pains and grumbles are few and far between
- an adaptable attitude because, hey, things can change and you have go with it
- an ability to catch my thoughts and make a quick assessment of whether they are serving me and those around
- lots of fun & playfulness
