I have been teaching yoga since 1990. I am a certified instructor in many areas of fitness and have a degree in Chiropractic. My goal is to help people value their health and happiness through diet, exercise, and yoga.

I am married with two teenage boys, whom I home school. I am also a PE Director of a large home school group in McKinney,Texas.

The most amazing yoga teacher in DFW

I started yoga with Jeannie in 1998. Sixteen years later, I'm still attending her yoga class. Over the years, I've been invited to attend other classes, but none compare to the energy, focus, and experience that Jeannie provides in her classes. Every class is different and fun! I owe my strength and speedy recovery while battling breast cancer to Jeannie's yoga class!

Great Instructor

Jeannie is a great instructor, she motivates you to do your best. I love coming to her classes she always gets me in a great mood. I always recommend her to anybody looking for a great yoga instructor. Her class is great for new and experienced students.

Super, experienced instructor!

Jeannie makes yoga and all of her classes very fun! She focuses on both mental and physical health, which I love! She has excellent music choice that really helps you to relax and get the best out of her class. She really focuses on technique and proper form. I have gotten very lean from Jeannie's classes and nutritional guidance.

I have been going to her classes for almost 3 years and will continue to attend. She's super friendly and gives a very challenging, yet doable workout. I haven't seen any yoga instructor as thorough and experienced as Jeannie!

Best yoga instructor in the area. Hands down!

I have been practicing yoga with Jeannie for 15 years. That alone should speak to what a fantastic instructor she is! Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced yogi, Jeannie is by far the best instructor you could have. She actually does the class with you and demonstrates every pose, instead of just telling you what to do. She's great with those who have never taken a yoga class before!


She'll put you at ease right from the start and will monitor you to make sure you're not going to do anything that might cause an injury. Jeannie is consistently positive and motivating. She makes you want to come to class each week! If you're looking for an all-around terrific yoga instructor (and terrific human being!), your search should stop here!

Yoga for all levels in a fun and friendly environment

If you want a good workout in an environment where everyone is friendly and laid back , this yoga is for you. Music is motivating and upbeat and you will walk out of class revitalized and refreshed. Instructor is fun and very focused on proper form, offering modifications for less practiced or students that have physical limitations. Practice yoga on a regular basis and you will gain flexibility and strength if you decide to challenge yourself in this class.

Jeannie is top notch

I have been a yoga and fitness student of Jeannie's for over 11 years. She has a very loyal following because she is the best at what she does. She is constantly challenging me while maintaining a safe and positive atmosphere for my practice. I owe my health and well-being to her guidance and support over the years. She is not just a teacher, she is also a friend who cares about her students of all levels and is a strong advocate to help you reach your goals. I am her student for life.
