I believe yoga should be gentle, relaxing, and pain-free; so that's the way I teach it. I specialize in beginners and those with physical limitations. I'm an E-RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance and I've been teaching for about 15yrs. I also run yoga teacher training courses at the 200 hour level.
