Since 1995 I have practiced a mindful practice of yoga based on the lessons taught by my Iyengar trained teachers. I encourage students to make appropriate modifications to ensure they achieve good alignment and positioning so that they can receive the benefits of each asana. I can adapt my classes for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. I look forward to sharing my practice with you. Namaste.
