I am a beginners yoga specialist teaching classes in both Eastbourne and Bexhill. I also teach yoga in the workplace in Eastbourne and with all my classes be it in a studio or at the office - the first class is FREE!
After suffering from crippling anxieties and a dislike of formal medication, I approached yoga as an alternative way of healing and found it incredibly calming and transformative. I soon discovered that yoga really eased my anxiety problems and not only that, I felt generally happier and felt more balanced and was excited to get up and practice yoga every day.
I've always had a desire to help other people, and completing yoga teacher training provided me with the skills to help others with their own suffering and to hopefully transform their own lives for the better.
My classes are calm, non-judgemental, uncompetitive and always aspire to be fun and playful.
One of my big joys is introducing exercise 'newbies' and absolute beginners to yoga so if you’re feeling a little scared, please come and give a class a try and together we will help improve the way you feel both in body and mind body and mind.
