Jen started practicing yoga as a way to cope with the pain associated with Fibromyalgia, which was increasingly preventing her from doing all the active things she loves. Her positive and restorative experience with yoga developed into a passion that she wanted to share with others. During a career transition in 2013, Jen took time off to fulfill a dream by earning her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification with Rasa School of Yoga in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
Jen loves to teach all levels of Vinyasa-style yoga, but also enjoys sharing her practice with athletes and chronic pain suffers. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone, complimenting individual needs while bringing a little more love and light to our everyday lives.
Jen lives in Louisville, Colorado with her husband and two Old English Sheepdogs. When she is not practicing or teaching yoga at her local studio, Yoga Junction, she works as a business consultant and enjoys participating in just about any outdoor activity.
