Jenna Lamont started practising yoga several years ago & instantly loved feeling stretchy, growing stronger both mentally & physically along with feeling healthy, fit and energized.
Jenna loves practising yoga to a mix of music; from upbeat tunes for a Power class to get the body moving & into the vinyasa flow or something a bit more chilled for a slower Gentle class. Jenna completed her Yoga Teacher Training amongst the Himalayas in Macleod Ganj, India.
She loves having fun in class, bringing energy to her students & making sure you feel as though you can bounce all day!
