Jenna found yoga during her undergraduate years in college as a way to add balance and discipline to her every day routine. As she transitioned into her post-graduate years, she found that encompassing life around her practice altered her mindset and transformed her comprehension of joy. With the desire to increase her personal practice and passion to share yoga with others, she completed her teacher training through Amazing Yoga’s program in Costa Rica.
Yoga has introduced Jenna to a community of like-minded individuals who promote a happy and holistic approach to life. As a certified power yoga instructor, Jenna’s tactic to yoga embraces her motto of nurturing the mind, body and soul through blending a powerful vinyassa flow with breathe work and positive vibes. Jenna is an advocate for human health and focuses her ideologies and time on the anatomy and well being of the physical and emotional body.
