I, under the guidance of skillful teachers and the lens of my own devoted curiosity, have been a devoted yogi for 15 years. My practice has evolved, unfolded, and continues to do so daily. I am a mom of two great kids, an art teacher, and a perpetual student. I live holistically and wholeheartedly, and the beach is my sanctuary. I completed my teacher training in the style of Sampoorna Yoga, the Yoga of fullness, and I am honored to be able to teach my students how to find peace within themselves and muscles where they didn’t know they had them! What I enjoy most about Yoga is that there is no end or perfect pose. There is something in this for everybody and every age. The student who can do a headstand has just as much to learn as the student who can’t touch her toes, which is why I try to bring an attitude of self-discovery, challenge, fun, and consciousness to every class. I love to combine a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul with Yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
