Someone told me about mindfulness, I started meditating and after a few months I naturally added the physical Yoga into my eveyday life as well. It was love from the first sight. For the first time in my life I got encouraged to stop performing and just be. It was mindblowing and I realized that there are so many people who live their lives without connecting to themselves.
