We will be working on making smoother vinyasa transitions, adding variations to poses, strengthening our balancing skills & yes, getting more flexible by stretching all our body parts. Relaxation is vital to releasing stress from the mind and body to reach a state of overall health. We shall focus on stretching all areas of the body to release stress and tension from the joints and muscles.
