A yoga practitioner since 1998 and instructor since 2003, Jennifer received extensive training in New York City where high-stress environments and an introduction to meditation lead her to a committed yoga practice. Now residing in San Francisco, she has studied with some of the yoga communities most recognizable names and honed her own personal teaching style. Jennifer specializes in an intuitive, Vinyasa Flow sequence from beginner to advanced level, with a strong concentration on connecting breath to movement in a challenging but do-able practice, incorporating energy work through Pranayama breathe exercises and Kundalini techniques. She is also known to introduce Yoga philosophy concepts to enhance a deeper understanding of the practice. She also teaches Restorative yoga for special classes and workshops which utilizes props to create a deep, meditative experience.
