What does yoga, meditation, intuition and manifestations have in common?
Well, in the sense that I love learning all I can regarding these disciplines and sharing what I learn with others. I believe incorporating these practices and ideas into our daily lives, encourages the integration of our whole person as well as enjoying a more radiant human experience.
As with most, I have taken quite a windy path to end up where I am now. While my intuition has been a part of my life since I can remember, my deep interest in the subtle bodies and their connection to our physical bodies and surroundings began in my early adult hood. Due to my personal experience and fascination with the mind, body and spiritual connection, I studied psychology at SUNY Stony Brook graduating with a BA. Though I continued studying these connections on my own, I began working in Sales and Marketing after graduation. Most of my time in this field was spent working as an Event Planner for boutique hotels in Long Island, Las Vegas, Connecticut. Not long after moving to Danbury, CT in 2011, I became a student at Yoga Culture where my love for yoga and meditation began.
2014 was a big year for me. I completed my Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8 week course in May of 2014 and my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification with Yoga Culture in September of 2014. I look forward to continuing my studies in these disciplines as well as sharing my love and enthusiasm for them as well.
