I am a passionate lover of life, learning and am very active. I love dancing, yoga, reading and visiting with friends and family. I love acrobatic yoga with friends.
Yoga has been a part of my life for about 15 years. I have a background in many forms of dance (ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical), gymnastic and other acrobatics. Originally my practice was intermittent but developed into a more sustained individual and therapeutic endeavor for me particularly following the loss of my beloved father in 2006. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and courageous, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully with focused intention on my body and my breath.
