Jennifer is the owner of Tula Yoga in Aberdeen, NJ and has been practicing Yoga since 2004. She has completed her 300 & 500 Hour Certification with The American Yoga Academy and is a registered member with Yoga Alliance. She is also a certified Pilates Fitness Instructor. Jennifer holds a BA in Marketing from Kean University and worked in the corporate world for many years before discovering Yoga. After finding her love for Yoga Jennifer decided to leave corporate America to pursue her passion as a career. Before opening Tula Yoga, Jennifer previously worked for The American Yoga Academy as the Director of the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training where she helped train several hundred students to become Certified Yoga Instructors. Jennifer discovered her passion was not only teaching Yoga, but that she has a natural gift for training students as well. Her drive and enthusiasm has inspired so many of her students to follow their dreams of pursuing Yoga as a career as she continues to do.
Jennifer's goal is to bring Yoga, Meditation, and Health & Wellness into her community and make it accessible to everyone. Yoga has truly transformed her life, and she hopes to share the benefits of this practice with others. As she continues to study and practice Yoga & Meditation through various workshops and trainings, Jennifer is dedicated to educating and teaching people the true meaning of Yoga. As you will experience when taking one of her classes, Jennifer believes Yoga should NOT be it should be inspiring, light- hearted and always FUN !
