Jennifer is a 500-hour-level instructor with certification through ISHTA
YOGA (Individual Science of Hatha Tantra and Avyurveda), and a continued student of life.

The path of Yoga is a continuous journey. It is through the tangible tools of our breath and body that we can begin to quiet our minds, become the neutral observer, and ultimately connect with true wisdom through awareness and meditation. Jennifer believes there is a guru (seer) to be found in each one of us.

Jennifer's signature group class is tailored to the level of those in attendance and sequenced to build flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina, as well as to reduce stress. It begins with centering breath work (pranayama), followed by Hatha pose instructions, safe and alignment focused Vinyasa Flow, and ends with either a Restorative pose, Yoga Nidra, and/or brief Meditation. She believes in a light-hearted and non-competitive learning environment where students can feel secure and have fun learning.

With a background as an Occupational Therapist for 18 years, Jennifer is highly observant and attentive to each unique body and skilled to provide hands-on facilitation to those who wish to experience alignment safely. As a Polarity Therapist, Jennifer also bring sensitivity to one's subtle body, elemental make up, energy flow, and aims to re-source one back to optimal health.

Customized practice for private students can be arranged with specific objectives.

Jennifer's own practice has continuously help to ground her with the ability to experience the NOW! As such, she lives with a greater sense of ease, love, discernment, and intuition. It is possible to be content and joyful (almost all of the time :)
