I specialize in Back Care, and pain reduction, primarily through private Yoga Therapy sessions in the Johnson City, TN area.
I'm a Certified Yoga therapist through the IAYT. I also am an Experienced Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level through Yoga Alliance. I hold a degree in Exercise Physiology.
