Jennifer Arias E-RYT-500
Jen has been a student of yoga since 1996 when she discovered that yoga was the most effective way to release tension and bring balance, flexibility and strength to the body and mind. Jen has trained and been exposed to many different styles of yoga including, Hatha, Ashtanga, bikram and Yin Yoga. Through the years she has explored different holistic healing modalities in which she specialized in becoming a Thai Massage Practictioner , CHT, Reiki Master, Breath work facilitator and a Reflexologist.
Jen’s classes incorporate various styles and lineages creating a flow with music focusing on breath and foundation / alignment of postures.
She believes in teaching yoga so that she can assist others of any age and level to find balance and awareness of the combined physical, mental, and spiritual gifts yoga offers. Jen’s wish is to use her presence to guide those in search of a deeper connection to the self in order to realize and expand consciousness.
