I have been studying yoga for more than a decade and teaching since 2004. My first training was in a Sivananda Ashram where I received a strong foundation in classical yoga. From there I explored many styles of yoga including Anusara, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa and other movement traditions including dance and martial arts. I eventually found Paul Grilley and Yin Yoga, which transformed my practice. Today, I teach Yin Yoga as developed by Paul Grilley, Yin Yang Yoga developed from my studies of Yin Yoga and taoist martial arts, and strengthening Slow Flow classes where we playfully explore some of the more challenging and complex yogic postures.
