I enjoy the calm, soothing perks from practicing yoga. When my daily life is being driven from a place of stress, I reflect on "how can I 'let go' of this stress or difficult emotion." Letting go doesn't mean giving up; rather, we can learn to let go by creating awareness and space between a heavy emotion and the present moment.
