As a Tantric Buddhist, I concentrate on and practice non-dualism. I am into self-healing and self-growth, interested in Ayurveda and I love to cook!
I am a fine artist and designer which translates to the mat, as my flow is creative and I try to increase creativity through yoga. In my yoga self-practice, I concentrate on slow, flowing, and fluid yoga that awakens the spine and aligns the body.
I trained with Sundeep Tyagi, Joy Dorsey, Che Marville, and Courtney Bruce during my Teaching Hatha Yoga training at Sheridan College (RYS 200). In my studies, I was exposed to the full spectrum of the underlying principles of yoga - exploring the tradition, asana, and nutrition.
