In April of 2014 I completed my 200 hour teacher training at Shri Yoga and Wellness Center in West Reading (a certified Yoga School registered with Yoga Alliance). I began teaching at The Yoga Place in April of 2014.
I was first introduced to yoga when I was about 4 years old and would watch Lilias M. Folan on PBS. Stepping onto my yoga mat always feels like returning home; at home in my body and at home in my mind.
I am a classically trained vocalist, a singer/songwriter and a vocal instructor. I enjoy helping my students discover their most authentic voice and giving them the confidence to use it.
Whether I am teaching singing, or teaching yoga, my goal is always to help students shine with the light of their true nature in loving-kindness and gratitude for this beautiful life.
