What is private yoga therapy for mental health all about? What happens in a typical session? The therapist co-creates with the client a combination of philosophy study, body & breath work, and meditation aimed at helping the client learn skills to manage their own wellness.
Jennifer has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2001. She has been studying the therapeutic advantages of Yoga for just as long. Jennifer has a long history of working with physical and emotional challenges. Her focus in her teaching is in the emotional wellness that yoga promotes through awareness of mind, body, and spirit.
Jennifer also leads Yoga Teacher Training for those interested in deepening their own personal practice, or those wishing to lead group classes.
