My name is Jen Locke, and my goal as a teacher is to spread the knowledge and benefits of yoga. I began practicing yoga at the age of eighteen, and five years later, I completed my 200 Hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training. I practice yoga daily to strengthen and stretch not only my body but also my mind.

Through physical practice, breath work, and meditation, I encourage my students to develop a happier, more compassionate and more peaceful relationship with themselves.
