I started taking yoga when I was 14 to help my asthma and fell in love with it. Not only did it help my asthma but helped me to stay healthy in all aspects of my life. I believed in it so much, I knew I wanted to share it with others and started teaching when I was 19. Now, at 33 I believe in it more than ever. Yoga is for EVERYONE and anyone can benefit from yoga, whether you just need to relieve stress and unwind or work and stretch your muscles for mobility and health.
