An avid runner, biker, and outdoor lover, Jennifer McFarland has been an educator and coach for over twenty years. When not teaching in the studio, she instructs math and science at Skagit Valley College.
She feels that yoga should be accessible to all and instructs a blend of Flow and Anusara Yoga. She incorporates inspirational music, readings, and breath for a deeply meaningful and physical yoga experience. She is a certified Yogafit instructor, is certified through the Yoga alliance, and is a certified lifeguard. In the summer months, she loves to teach yoga outside and on stand up paddle boards!
She participates in continuing education to bring the most transformational practice to her clients. 200 hour RYT with 200 hours of Anusara yoga.
