Jennifer is Lead Yoga and Pilates Teacher at Yoga 360 Studio & Spa. She is a lifelong learner devoted to sharing her passion for health and wellness with others. She initially came to yoga in 2006 through her work as a school social worker, seeking effective, practical ways to teach children stress management and emotional regulation techniques. Since that time she has come to work with clients of all ages and levels of ability. She began teaching Pilates since 2009, and has taught several other modalities of exercise, including aqua cardio, step, and strength training.
