I found my way to yoga many years ago but did not fall in love with it until more recently. Yoga finds you when you need it. Being a model for many years I had been struggling with an unhealthy body image. When I started practicing regularly in May 2013, I realized yoga helped me to alleviate stress, and to not focus on my body image but rather my strength internally and externally. It completely changed my way of thinking. For the first time in a long time I felt passion instead of self criticism. From then on I knew I wanted and needed to share this gift with others.
Yoga is my way of life, and a way for me to keep balance.
