I am passionate about healing myself and helping others. I enjoy Qi gong, energy work and meditation. I love to read, write, take pictures and go for bike rides. I love swimming outdoors, creating artwork with children and going on nature walks.
I have worked with people from many walks of life with a concentration on developing a healing practice that suits the individual. I lead my practitioners through a safe and guided ashtanga-based and restorative yin influenced yoga practice.
