Namaste. I am a registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching adults for 7 years and also teach Children's Yoga to children of all ages, including preschool age and teens. I am honored to be able to share this beautiful practice with others. I teach different styles of Yoga including: Gentle/Restorative, Yin, Chair Yoga and Hatha/slow flow. My focus on a slower, mindful practice incorporating somatic/body awareness and alignment of the physical body, mind and breath, that builds strength, flexibility and balance safely. I focus on providing multiple pose variations/options and liberal use of props to help you let the poses do you. I use my anatomy and physiology knowledge to provide safe alignment cues and to guide students in exploring their bodies in the poses from the inside out. I believe Yoga is for and available to everyone. I am also studying Qi Gong and Tai Chi as standalone practices and to incorporate in Yoga practice.
