In this beginner class, we break down a variety of yoga poses, using props as a way to assist us in attaining and understanding the pose. This is a great class for people who are new to yoga, those who are looking to deepen their practice and those who think they are “too stiff” to do yoga. This is NOT a heated class or a fast moving class.
In this Intermediate class, we move through a sequence of poses, usually toward a peak pose – this class moves faster and is appropriate for people who have practiced yoga before as to avoid injury. This class offers advanced variations and is meant to challenge and refresh you.
