Jen has been practicing yoga for over 10 years with many wonderful yoga teachers along the way. Struggling with her own flexibility she was drawn towards a slower more mindful practices with more results and less injuries.
Jen loves how Yin allows the conversation between mind and body to settle into her poses. This wonderful practice inspired her to towards her 200 YTT and onto 50hrs Yin YTT. She is now excited to teach chair yoga to every-body and any-body in her community!
