I am a long time yoga practitioner, but began my journey to instruct the summer of 2012. I earned my level 1 and level 3 yoga certification through the Yoga Fit program and strive to bring the essence of yoga to everyone. I enjoy giving fellow yogis, of all levels, the tools to move in a way that helps their body, mind and spirit.
Other than yoga, I enjoy running, playing with my 2 kids, the beach and long walks with my dog.
