Hi! I'm an experienced yoga teacher offering one-on-one and couples' yoga sessions both virtually and (seasonally) right in your backyard.
I'm passionate about helping you cultivate the life skills a regular yoga practice can impart, including enhanced focus, increased confidence, greater body awareness and self-respect, mindful breathing and stress management techniques, improved strength and flexibility and kindness and consideration for ourselves, our communities and our planet.
My classes aim to share these benefits in a positive, peaceful and welcoming way.
My personal practice and teaching style are inspired and influenced by a blend of yoga's Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative traditions, and I enjoy customizing sequences for each client's individual needs. I look forward to meeting you on the mat!
