Gifted Kundalini Yoga Teacher

I had the great pleasure of meeting Jenny in New Mexico during a study of Kundalini Yoga. She is a wonderful teacher, naturally gifted and very dedicated to her students. Jenny is deeply intuitive and also very knowledgeable. Her warmth and joy shine through as she teaches.

Jenny Stocksen my light into Yoga

At 46 I found myself in need of balance, strength and peace to be able to cope with everyday hectic life in Hong Kong being a working mom.
Jenny took me through a few classes of Kundalini Yoga and managed to give me a round introduction to this wonderful discipline.
Her enthusiasm, passion and inner balance are contagious and I wish I had time to attend more classes than just once a week.
I look forward to restart now after the summer break and be back on track in my introspective journey. I could not wish for a better guide than Jenny!

Breath walk

I had the pleasure of learning 'Breath Walk' with Jenny prior to the summer vacation here in Hong Kong. I cannot recommend her approach and teaching style more highly. She shows absolutely the right balance between nurturing and challenging her participants whilst explaining the process and assisting with any difficulties.
Jemmy has a warm and gentle character and very quickly tuned into my groups' needs.
Thank you Jenny for your teaching, I will be back to try Kundalini in the Fall.
