I started practicing Iyengar yoga in 1998 and quickly became hooked for its many physical, meditative and spiritual benefits. I later moved into power yoga and completed a Baptiste Level I Power Yoga Teacher Training in 2004. In 2011, I completed a 200 hour teacher training at Chesapeake Hot Yoga. I am now the proud owner of Serenity Yoga where I offer a variety of classes, private instruction and Thai Yoga Therapy. Believing that everyone can benefit from yoga, I strive to help my students develop a practice that is meaningful, sustainable, joyful and healing.
