Hathavelli is my unique blend and style of yoga. I combine Hatha, the classic postures of yoga, and the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, who focused on naturally bringing the body into alignment.
In my classes and one-to-one sessions, we’ll work on releasing bad habits picked up from a busy lifestyle. Exploring the Hatha postures, you’ll learn to allow the body to breathe and move, without ever forcing yourself into position. You’ll develop strength and flexibility, protect your health and wellness, and gain a newfound sense of freedom and balance. The method is gentle, the experience intense.
I work with all ages and ability levels. I truly believe that anyone and everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga, whether you’re an athlete, an executive, or simply getting on in years. My classes are customised to help you tackle your personal physical goals and challenges. My aim is for you to walk out of class relaxed, refreshed, and feeling about a foot taller.
