It is with great intention that I cultivate fluidity, strength and grace into both my own yoga practice and my teachings. I strive to create safe, encouraging space for students to work with an appreciation for the body they're in. I believe that aligning our practice with our values is more important than pushing bodies into a shape that isn't right for us. Yoga practice is in ever-evolving path and our greatest gift is to remain patient, curious and forgiving with ourselves as we explore what arises both on and off our mats. I enjoy teaching so much - I love what I do!!
I offer private and public instruction in Hatha, Vinyasa, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Pranayama and Guided Meditation in Seattle, serving all ages from Tweens to Seniors.
