It is with great intention, I cultivate fluidity, strength and grace into both my own yoga practice and my teachings. I strive to create safe, encouraging space for students to work with an appreciation for the body they're in. I believe aligning our practice with our values is more important than pushing bodies into a shape that isn't right for us. Yoga practice is in ever-evolving path and our greatest gift is to remain patient, curious and forgiving with ourselves as we explore what arises both on and off our mats. I enjoy teaching so much - I love what I do!!
I offer private and public instruction in Hatha, Vinyasa, Family Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, specializing as a post natal corrective excercise specialist, Pranayama and Guided Meditation in Seattle, and practical yoga offering to serve your daily life for all ages from Tweens to Seniors.

Perfect mix

I've been taking classes from Jenny for several years. She has an uncanny ability to sense just what poses / movements / talking to bring to a class. Without fail I feel better physically and emotionally by the end of every class. It's nothing short of a miracle. (Can't capture it in those slider thingys.)

Amazing teacher

I have tried many yoga classes and I have never felt as good as when I leave Jenny's class. I am stronger, more balanced, and present, having practiced with Jenny. I would definitely recommend Jenny for all skill levels and body types!
