Jeny Rae stumbled into her first Yoga class in 2004 as a young, lost and very stressed single mom. Her first experience awakened a curiosity that has guided her ever since. Her own practice brought her ease of mind, patience and trust in the unknown completely transforming her life.
Jeny weaves together the styles she has been trained in: Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Amrit Yoga. She strives to bring students beyond asana (postures) by integrating pranayama (breath work), meditation, and mantra. Though you will not see any super advanced postures in her classes, Jeny will definitely bring a steady flow and smart sequencing that challenges presumptions we may have about ourselves.
Jeny believes that we must all find our own way in this life and that yoga is a way to clear the fog so that you can see your true self, the clarity to listen to the yearnings of the soul, and the courage to follow through.
