After practicing for over a decade, the calling to teach could no longer be restrained! People constantly ask me how my body is in such amazing shape, and the simple answer is yoga. I conceived an idea for sharing my style of yoga (free-style) with the world and this location is the birth-child of what is to become. Alignment, prevention of injury and tolls for continuing the practice of yoga off the mat are what I share with my students.
