Jess teaches Hatha yoga. It may feel like a slow practice, but it is strong and will help with flexibility too.
Each lesson starts with simple breathing exercises and they end on relaxation inspired by Jess's Mindfulness practice. Both are just as important to the practice as the asana.
Jess aims to make yoga accessible and enjoyable to all.
