Jess developed a lifelong love of yoga in her late teens. Taking it upon herself to share this passion, she began teaching community classes at a park local to her hometown of Tyler, TX.
During her journey into health and wellness, she continued to teach yoga as well as educate her community on the importance of proper nutrition. Jess aims to help others find balance in their everyday lives; spiritually, mentally, and physically.
Jess completed her 200 hour teacher training with Big Rock Yoga in 2014 and is a RYT through Yoga Alliance. Jess shares an energetic and spiritual approach to teaching yoga. Her goal is to help her students explore in their own practice.
