I had the pleasure to have a full week of different private yoga lessons with Jessica during my stay in Ubud, Bali. Her yoga lessons were truly inspiring and right according to my needs. My first contact with Yoga Nidra was thanks to her and her voice guidance through those sessions sure left a deep mark on me. I will never forget those sessions, her tips for the daily routine (I check my mails in a totally new way ever since ;-)) and her positive energy and open mind. Thank you, Jessica!

Great Teacher And Spiritual Person.

When I first met Jessica, she was very quiet and reserved. She arrived early and spent some time meditating. When our session started, I told her that I was completely new to yoga and that I had some spine / neck concerns as well as flexibility issues that were an important consideration. She took everything in stride and then tailored our sessions to my needs. After our classes, I found that she was very personable. Even though I was a rank beginner, she impressed me with the depth of her knowledge and also her ability to make me feel completely at ease. I have no doubt that she would be an excellent teacher for advanced students as well. Jessica is a truly gifted instructor and a kind and sincere person.

Patient,

I attended Jessica's beginner class while visiting Ubud, Bali in 2015 and it was perfect for my needs. She was very attentive, coming around often to provide adjustments and encouragement. I finished the class with a satisfied and accomplished feeling. Jessica has a pure, genuine, warm, and grounded vibe about her. She's also very beautiful. :) I will be taking her classes again the next time I visit.

Considerate, Knowledgeable & Well-Rounded Teacher

I had the opportunity to take a few private classes with Jessica. I wasn't sure what to expect - I hadn't done yoga in about a year and it was my first day in Bali.

Thankfully, I got exactly what I needed. Jessica instantly made me feel at ease by getting to know me, my journey and my goals.

She focuses on breathing and ensuring postures are grounded with proper alignment, all while tailoring her class to my goals. She was able to give me great cues to self adjust, and when I didn't think I could go further, she was able to show me how I could do more by both demonstrating and/or adjusting me accordingly.

Jessica is a true student and servant leader of yoga. She's passionate, well read & practiced, and it shows in her teaching. I would love to continue practicing with Jessica and highly recommend her class to students of all levels.

Everything she suggests, every sequence, every asana is just right. I always leave her classes feeling light and energized.

Inspiring teacher!

I had the chance to take a few classes with Jessica at the Yoga Barn in Bali and she instantly became my favourite yoga teacher ever.

Her passion for Yoga is contagious and she has so much wisdom. I loved her tone of voice when she talks about the Yoga philisophy.

She puts emphasis in getting grounded and working with your breathing. She teaches you to be kind to yourself but also challenges you to go deeper.

She is a great teacher and I couldn't recommend her enough. I wish she was in London so I could go to her classes weekly!
