Yoga is deeply healing and personal for me, and so I pursued teaching as a response to a growing desire to learn the more subtle layers of yoga.
I love to teach those unfamiliar or "new" to the practice of yoga, and adore leading moms-to-be and new moms and their babies.
My favorite classes to teach are gentle, restorative, and slow flow.
I am a firm believer that yoga is available to every being, and that most of the time, we've practiced yoga without realizing so. Recognizing the connections our body and mind engage in can be freeing and life-changing.
