Whatever she's offering is what you need!

Jessica's classes are to be experienced. She seems to intuit what we need and how to offer it to us. She will explain when we need words, she will show when we need to see and she will laugh when we need to smile! You feel beyond welcome and comfortable in her classes where you experience respect, gentleness and acceptance. But don't be fooled by the non-judgemental, relaxed atmosphere: we get an awesome work-out and an infusion of goodness. I highly recommend her classes for every level and interest. Whatever she is offering is what you need!

Great yoga experience for newbies and experienced yogis!

Jess is not only a great teacher who talks about form and poses, but also includes a spiritual aspect that is not too new agey. She is kind, compassionate and explains and demonstrates positions effectively. She always asks if people feel comfortable with hands-on adjustments and respects people's abilities. I have had some pushy yoga teachers who don't know the difference between challenging someone's limits and making them feel bad that they can't maintain the pose--Jess is maintains a great balance between challenging and respecting limits. For a great yoga experience, I would definitely recommend Jessica!
