Jessica was born and raised in Las Vegas, and obtained her BS in Architecture from UNLV in 1998. Jessica's yoga journey started with her first yoga class at the age of 16. She fell in love with the body mind connection and visualizations. She practiced Hatha yoga regularly during college and after, then somewhat sporadically after her career and family duties came to the forefront. At the suggestion of a friend, Jessica took her first hot yoga class in 2008. After having her youngest child in 2009, she returned to hot yoga to lose the baby weight!
As a busy working wife and mother of two, Jessica took her personal practice to another level in 2013, enrolling in hot yoga teacher training. She became fundamentally aware of something she always intuitively knew: practicing yoga will improve every aspect of your life. She believes that yoga is for EVERY body, and that practicing yoga heals the body, mind and spirit. With the new found love of teaching, Jessica was able to reclaim her emotional and physical equilibrium. She is truly honored to share the healing gift of yoga with her family and students. In her free time, if she is not in a hot room, you can find her creating something delicious in the kitchen or engaging in outdoor activities with her little family of all boys.
